At a contract value over £20 Million, this was one of our biggest contracts between 2019-2021. IN addition to our usual high quality joinery, we also completed the full interior fit-out, from the marble clad bathrooms, high spec AV systems, steel enforced window linings, bespoke timber flooring & all decorations.
Across the 15 apartments there are 54 bathrooms, all of which with unique design details, bespoke sanitaryware & book matched marble hand picked from the mountains of Italy. Our in house spray shop finished all timber floors throughout with a specialist stain to meet the designers exacting needs.
