The Health Club at No.1 Grosvenor Square is one of London’s most exclusive, state of the art wellbeing sanctuaries & we are proud to have been the main interior contractor.
Boasting a 25m swimming pool with vitality pool, steam rooms, sauna & vitality showers it’s one of the highest spec spa’s within our portfolio, enhanced with cutting edge sanitary ware specification & luxurious feature marble.
Additionally, we completed worked to all private treatment rooms, private gym and a yoga and ballet training room.
Further to 1 GSQ’s range of wellbeing facilities, there are also areas dedicated to socialising and business, including the Board Room, the Library, the Screening Room and No.1 Grosvenor Square’s own Club and Games Room, among other facilities.
Working alongside the developer, Lodha & tier 1 contractor MACE, we delivered this project to the highest possible standard, with programme taking place between 2018-2021, with clear set-backs during the global pandemic.
