New £35m Leicester Square Hotel Fit Out

We are excited to announce winning our biggest contract to date, a £35 million, full hotel fit out, The Londoner, Leicester Square.

Boasting 350 Guest suites, multiple restaurants, bars, a cinema & swimming pool, The Londoner is set to be London’s hottest new hotel, By Edwardian Hotels Limited. With cutting edge New york design by Yabu Pushelberg combined with Woods Bagot quality architecture the interiors are beautifully unique, making us even more thrilled to be part of this iconic job.

Set to open in 2020, this super luxurious, boutique-feel feel hotel will be filled from basement to rooftop with bespoke EE Smith joinery, metalwork, doors & wall panelling, creating a sublime environment for each and every one of its future guests.

EE Smith Contracts currently have over 100 men & women working on site full time on this colossal 16 story building, in the heart of the thriving West End.
