Panelok's perforated panels
are an excellent method of reducing acoustic reverberation. The panels are
backed with acoustically transparent fabric, followed by a thick acoustic
quilt. The absorption effect is further enhanced by a rear air void.
The proportion of acoustically
perforated panels to plain panels is critical to achieve the correct reduction
in reverberation, too little and the desired effect will not be achieved,
too much and the lack of echo can be disconcerting.
EE Smith can provide the
appropriate acoustic engineering as part of our supply and fit package.
