ISO 9001 - ISO 9001 is concerned with "Quality Management". This means what the organisation does to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer and applicable regulatory requirements and continually improving its performance in this regard.

FSC - The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an independent, not for profit, non-government organisation that provides standard setting, trademark assurance and accreditation services for companies and organisations interested in responsible forestry. It's mission is to promote environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial and economically viable management of the world's forests.

PEFC - The PEFC Council (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification schemes) is also an independent, non-governmental, non-profit organisation, which promotes sustainbly managed forests through independent third party certification. The PEFC provides an assurance mechanism to purchasers of wood and paper products that they are promoting the sustainable management of forests.

We are dedicated to continually assessing all aspects within our business management system with a view to identifying any opportunities that will enable us to improve and enhance our methods, operations and procedures as and when they materialise, thus ensuring that we have the capability of continually meeting and surpassing our commitment towards providing total customer satisfaction.

Our aim is that all projects should be carried out to avoid or control all foreseeable risks to the Health & Safety of those involved in construction work. We wholeheartedly believe that every accident, and therefore every injury, is preventable, and we embed that philosophy into every EE Smith project through a combination of protocols, procedures and ongoing training programmes.

EE Smith Contracts Ltd are committed to high standards of environmental excellence and have successfully achieved accreditation to both the FSC and PEFC schemes. We are also members of both the British Contract Furnishing and Design Association (BCFA) and the National Association of Shop fitters (NAS).
